Services We Provide

Goodnight Voice is an AI-powered family storytelling app. Parents and guardians can create a child profile, record an authorized family voice, and generate original stories and audio for shared reading or bedtime listening.

Information We Collect

• Account information, including your email address, verification or sign-in status, and membership status, to identify your account and provide access to the service.
• Child profile information, including nickname, age, gender, favorite characters, and family-provided descriptions of situations or concerns, to personalize stories.
• Voice and audio information, including voice samples a parent or guardian chooses and authorizes to upload, voice-cloning status, generated story audio, and file locations needed for playback.
• Story information, including selected scenarios, generated story text, favorites, and history.
• Subscription information returned by the App Store, including product ID, transaction ID, subscription expiration, and auto-renewal status.
• Device and log information, such as request time, API errors, and necessary device or network details, to troubleshoot issues and protect the service.

How We Use Information

• To provide email verification or password sign-in, identify accounts, determine membership benefits, and validate subscriptions on our servers.
• To generate safe, gentle, and positive children’s stories based on a child profile, selected scenario, and parent or guardian input.
• To create family story narration using a voice sample authorized by a parent or guardian.
• To save stories, favorites, and playback records so families can return to previous content.
• To perform safety review, service maintenance, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and necessary analytics.

Children’s Privacy and Parental Control

The app is intended to be used and managed by parents or guardians. Before entering information about a child or uploading a voice, you must confirm that you have the necessary authority and consent. We do not ask children to provide contact information directly, and we do not use children’s information for advertising profiles or financial or health services.

Parents and guardians can review account information, membership status, child profiles, and voice authorization in the app. You may request deletion through the in-app option or the developer contact listed in the app store.

Third-Party Services

• Cloud or object storage providers store authorized voice files and generated audio.
• Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (DashScope), Qwen, and related AI providers may support text generation, content safety, speech synthesis, and voice processing. Data sent for these purposes may include a child’s nickname, age, gender, favorite characters, family-provided scenario or concern, selected voice identifier, voice name and role, account identifier, and an authorized voice sample voluntarily recorded or imported by a parent or guardian. We do not send account passwords, full payment details, or contacts for these purposes. The app explains the relevant data, recipient, and purpose and obtains consent before generating a story or submitting a voice. We require these providers to apply data protection no less protective than this policy.
• The App Store processes purchases and provides subscription, renewal, and receipt-validation information.
• Email or messaging providers may deliver verification codes and necessary service notices.

Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy and use access controls, server-side validation, and other reasonable safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, but we continually work to improve our protections.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store. We do not directly collect card numbers, payment passwords, or similar payment credentials. Our servers receive and validate only the subscription transaction information needed to activate, renew, or end membership access.

Deletion and Withdrawal of Consent

You may stop using the service or request deletion of your account, child profiles, voice samples, and story records through in-app settings or the app-store developer contact. Some features will no longer work after deletion. Transaction, security audit, or dispute records may be retained where legally required and only for the necessary period.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy when our features, data practices, or legal obligations change. The new effective date will be posted on this page.

• 声音和音频：家长主动录制并授权上传的声音样本、声音复刻状态、生成的故事音频和播放所需文件地址。
• 故事内容：用户选择的场景、生成的故事文本、收藏记录和历史记录。
• 订阅信息：App Store 返回的商品 ID、交易 ID、订阅有效期和自动续订状态。
• 设备与日志信息：请求时间、接口错误、必要的设备或网络信息，用于排查故障和保障服务安全。

我们如何使用信息

• 用于完成邮箱验证码登录、账号识别、会员权益判断和订阅服务器校验。
• 用于根据孩子档案、场景和家长输入生成安全、温柔、正向的儿童故事。
• 用于根据家长授权的声音样本生成家庭故事朗读音频。
• 用于保存故事、收藏和播放记录，让家长能继续查看和播放历史内容。
• 用于安全审核、服务维护、问题排查、反滥用和必要的数据统计。

儿童隐私与家长控制

本应用由家长使用并管理儿童相关信息。请家长在录入儿童档案和上传声音前确认已具备相应授权。我们不会要求儿童直接提供联系方式，也不会将儿童信息用于广告画像或金融、健康类服务。

家长可以在应用内查看账号、会员状态、孩子档案和声音授权情况。若需要删除账号相关数据，可通过应用内入口或应用商店开发者联系方式联系我们处理。

第三方服务

• 云存储或对象存储服务：用于保存家长授权上传的声音文件和生成音频。
• 阿里云百炼 DashScope / 通义千问等 AI 文本生成、内容安全、语音合成和声音处理服务：用于生成故事文本、进行安全审核、优化朗读内容、生成音频或创建授权声音模型。发送的数据可能包括儿童昵称、年龄、性别、偏好角色、家长填写的故事场景或问题描述、所选声音标识、声音名称、角色、账号标识，以及家长主动录制或导入并授权提交的声音样本；不会为此发送账号密码、完整支付信息或通讯录。App 会在生成故事、录制/导入声音或提交声音前展示说明并取得同意；我们要求上述 AI 服务提供不低于本隐私政策的同等数据保护。
• App Store：用于完成订阅购买、续订状态和服务器端票据校验。
• 短信或邮件服务：用于发送验证码或必要的服务通知。

信息保存与安全

我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期限内保存信息，并采取访问控制、服务端校验和必要的安全措施保护数据。由于互联网环境并非绝对安全，我们会持续改进安全能力，但无法承诺任何传输或存储方式绝对安全。

订阅与支付

订阅购买由 App Store 完成。我们不会直接收集银行卡号、支付密码等支付凭证。应用服务器仅接收并校验 App Store 返回的订阅交易信息，用于开通、续期或终止会员权益。

数据删除与撤回授权

你可以停止使用本服务，或通过应用内设置、应用商店开发者联系方式提出删除账号、孩子档案、声音样本、故事记录等请求。删除请求完成后，相关功能可能无法继续使用；依法需要保留的交易、安全审计或争议处理记录会在必要期限内保存。

政策更新

当服务功能、数据处理方式或法律法规要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。更新后会在本页面展示新的生效日期。
